Mission
Targeted Opportunities to Prevent Pollution in San Joaquin County (TOPPS) is a public-private partnership of business, government, and community organizations. Its purpose is to demonstrate that pollution prevention is cost-effective and improves the quality of life for county residents.
TOPPS’ mission is to build awareness, educate, and assist all sectors of the San Joaquin County community through:
- Pollution prevention
- Technical assistance to businesses that generate hazardous pollutants
- Distributing information to businesses, agriculture, schools, and community organizations
- Promoting pollution prevention at community events
